Boa On their menu used to list Organic Steak, Filet Mignon for a USDA Certified ranch.

I went to check and I can't find this information on their updated menu. Ask before going to see if they still serve that amazing organic steak.

On the other hand, do not order the Impossible Burger listed on their webisite since it unhelathy and not eco-friendly.

Impossible Burger: its fake meat is made with the chemical-intensive farming practice that according to organic consumers, degrades the soil, destroys beneficial soil microbes, pollutes waterways with toxic pesticides. plus you are eating unhealthy ingredients such as GMO soy. 

According to Organic Consumers: Soy protein isolates and concentrates are made from defatted soybean flakes that have been washed in either alcohol or water to remove the sugars and dietary fiber. The flakes are then processed into powders or “flours.” You can learn more here
