During the summer, or dry season, I noticed that I get thirstier more. Sometimes water is not enough to compensate for what my body needs, and so I add minerals or electrolytes to my water or drink.

If you experience foot or leg cramps, especially at night, it could be that your body needs minerals.

Multiminerals are also recommended after food poisoning and if you sweat a lot, to enhance athletic performance and for sauna use.

Multiminerals for Nighttime Foot Cramps: Involuntary muscle spasms—especially nocturnal calf or foot cramps—are classic symptoms of mineral deficiencies, particularly magnesium, potassium, and calcium. These minerals control how muscle fibers contract and relax. When levels drop, muscles can lock up.

Multiminerals for Summer Heat & Sauna: Heavy sweating in hot weather or dry saunas rapidly depletes your electrolyte reserve. Adding trace minerals or electrolytes to your water helps your cells actually retain hydration rather than passing the water straight through your kidneys.

Multiminerals for Athletic Performance: Minerals maintain fluid balance, prevent cramping, support nerve signaling, and help produce cellular energy during exercise.

Multiminerals after diahhera: Severe vomiting or diarrhea flushes out fluids and essential salts rapidly. Standard rehydration protocols
