  • Place about 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth, start small at the beginning 
  • Swishing and pulling it around your mouth and through the teeth for 2–20 minutes. Spit out the oil in the trash or toilet. Do not swallow the oil.
  • To finish, rinse your mouth with warm water.
