Currently Talo is new hot spot, created by a couple that created exactly what the Los Angles Community and market was craving for, an organic kitchen that serves all organic meet and chicken, using no GMOS, no canola oil or any other seed oil to commonly used in al the other restaurants, (I found that usually Italian restaurant don’t use canola oil).
They went behind that, and they sourced tallow to fry their French Fries and banned plastic and other toxic cleaners in their kitchen. This is what we want to see and what the standard should be in the food industry should be! They are setting new standards like the old-fashioned way and new inspirations new other restaurant businesses.

She would go to the farmers market and the same prepare and deliver new recipes! ⭐️She knows I prefer alkaline food and avoid spicy food and black pepper to avoid triggering acid reflux so she accommodates my dietary preferences.

💚Glad to see one of my favorite organic restaurants Malibu Farm is using paper straws! I hope more restaurants follow their example and more cities will follow Manhattan Beach (California), which banned all disposable plastic, including straws! . Until then, we can reduce their use by simply asking to our server to bring drinks without straws. It is much better to avoid wrinkles, too! 😉✨
💚Opened recently in Lanai, Hawaii, and in Miami, this Malibu Farm is a must. Located on the Malibu Pier, this restaurant offers healthy, locally sourced menu. With farmed ingredients . Very popular spot, even film producer and Nobu principal Meir Teper comes over for breakfast.
🍃Other alternatives include stainless steel, bamboo, or glass straws, that can even be washed in the dishwasher! My favorite is Simply Straws

They have a hot food counter and refrigerated food ready to go. Their organic sushi is made there with organic brown rice, organic soy sauce, and wild salmon🍣
A great selection of organic soups is available in large glass jars to grab and go. Breakfast is served with organic eggs and organic gluten-free pancakes!

The Butcher's Daughter
I went there a few times as they claim to be organic and sustainable. One thing I learn that if you ask to any of the waiters, they are usually not well informed or educated regarding what is served in their kitchen. So if you ask them, "What is organic on the menu, their reply is usually: "Everything is organic." I know that is almost impossible and not correct!
So ask them to send you to the kitchen to ask the chef, who may know better, and/or ask to speak with the manager about what the ingredients are, the farmer's name, and the cooking oil
I was shocked to learn that The Butcher's Daughter eggs come from outside the country!!
They claim to be local on their menu, and they told me that their eggs coms form they come form Guatamala !!
This is greenwashing to me!
