I have been using Pure Encapsulations products for years.
I listed my favorite, and I still use their Magnesium Glycinate daily. Their Essential-C, which is better than traditional Vitamin C on the market, which is made with cheap synthetic ascorbic acid. I try to avoid any acid-derived ingredients to not trigger my acid reflux.
🍃Magnesium is a naturally occurring mineral. Important for many systems in the body such as neuromuscular contractions, cardiac function, and regulation of the acid-alkaline balance in the body.* Magnesium is essential in the metabolism of macronutrients, it also helps utilize B-complex vitamins, vitamin C. Magnesium has anti-inflammatory properties and it helps with PMS symptoms: studies show that magnesium taken with Vitamin B6 over the course of two menstrual cycles had the greatest effect on reducing PMS symptoms. 🍏Since we don't get enough magnesium from the food, we need to supplement to maintain adequate magnesium in the body. Research has found magnesium deficiencies to be present in approximately 50% of people in the United States, itis one of the most common nutrient deficiencies due to our modern lifestyle ✨There are many forms of magnesium: the most highly bioavailable are aspartate, citrate, citrate/malate, gluconate, and glycinate. I don’t recommend Magnesium citrate, a popular, inexpensive form of magnesium that’s combined with citric acid. I have been using this form and brand for years since it has been recommended by functional doctors and by my naturopath. I approve it and recommend this to you!
