🌿 How to use it: recommended to keep it in a cool environment. Scoop a small amount with a lightly wet toothbrush and gently brush your teeth. Rinse out with warm water. Use in the morning, after meals, and before bed. Add a little baking soda once a week for an extra whitening cleanse.

💖 Many of you have asked me for a good organic toothpaste recommendation! Great as organic kids' toothpaste as well.

Here are the ingredients I avoid, found often in greenwashing toothpaste: •Carrageenan •Soy •Propanediol •Natural flavors •Sodium benzoate •Sorbitol
👉And now, after the latest research, I also avoid Hydroxyapatite. Promoted as a better and safer alternative to fluoride, it is now considered controversial: 🔎 The Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) cannot conclude on the safety of hydroxyapatite.
✅ My pick is a toothpaste made without any of these controversial ingredients, plus it is made with organic ingredients!
