Organic Vitamin Bs

There are several Vitamin Bs:

B3 (Niacinamide): plays a role in metabolism

B6 : is involved in metabolizing amino acids, the creation of neurotransmitters, and red blood cell production.

B7 (Biotin): crucial in regulating gene expression and metabolizing carbohydrates and fat.

B9 (Folate): used for the formation of red and white blood cells, cell growth, and proper cell division, and aids in amino acid metabolism.

B12:  essential for neurofunction, DNA production, and red blood cell development.

🌷VITAMIN B 12: Essential to protect the body against anemia and support a healthy central nervous system, B12 vitamin helps maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells and is also needed to make DNA, the genetic material in all cells

B-12 is essential for the production of energy from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Poor digestion can lead to B12 deficiency.

B12 plays a critical role in creating energy and important mood neurotransmitters.*

B6 Forms

Pyridoxine (PN): Studies show Pyridoxine toxicity typically manifests as neurologic symptoms, including paresthesias in the extremities and, in severe cases, difficulty with ambulation. This sensory neuropathy usually develops at doses of pyridoxine above 1000 mg per day. There are some case reports of sensory neuropathies at doses of less than 500 mg per day in patients taking supplements for months. However, none of the studies had sensory nerve damage at a daily intake below 200 mg of pyridoxine per day.

✅ P-5-P, or pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (PL): is known as the active “coenzyme” form of vitamin B6 and is directly used in B6-dependent enzyme functions within the body. In fact, vitamin B6 and P-5-P are needed for the normal activity of more than 100 enzymes – mostly related to protein metabolism.

There are 3 forms of B-12:

❌ Cyanocobalamin: is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that contains cyanide. It has been used for decades because it is low-cost. Many supplements use this form of B12 called Cyanocobalamin which the body still needs to convert to Methylcobalamin. It’s estimated that 30% of the population do not have the ability to make this conversion.

✅ Methylcobalamin: is a natural form of cobalamin.

Methylcobalamin is the bioactive form of B12 that is used in the body, making our Methylcobalamin a much more effective way to get your B12!

✅ Adenosylcobalamin is the most prevalent form of B12 in our body’s cells

B-12 highest forms for ideal absorb ions are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

If you are sensitive to methylated nutrients but want to support healthy methylation in your body, you may need a methyl-free form of vitamin B12!

✅ Hydrox-Adeno B12 contains 2,000 mcg of methyl-free B12 in a tasty lozenge designed for optimal absorption. The bioavailable ‘adeno’ and ‘hydroxo’ forms support optimal energy and healthy detoxification in one B12 supplement.*

✅ Hydroxocobalamin (Hydroxo B12) plays a unique role in supporting healthy detoxification pathways.*

✅ Adenosylcobalamin (Adeno B12) is present in the mitochondria to support ATP (energy) production.*
