I am Italian, I grew up eating classic pasta dishes. My grandmother and mother are excellent cookers, they have been always cooking many different dishes. Every region has its own recipes and dishes. I am from Rome where La carbonara and La amatriciana are characteristic dishes of the region, I tried to learn from their recipes. Here is the page for my traditional Italian dishes recipes.

💚 As Italian I grew up with homemade lasagna. I recreated a Gluten-free version that I approve!
This is easy to make, USDA Certified organic and all gluten-free while high in protein! Here are all the ingredients I currently use for my organic homemade gluten-free lasagna
made with Organic Yellow Lentil Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour.
made with Organic Pasteurized Buffalo Milk; Salt; Cheese Cultures; Rennet; Lactic Acid (Natural Preservative)
90% lean ground beef with just 10% fat. USDA Certified Organic
4️⃣ Organic pecorino
Tastier and healthier than parmiggiano
💕Cook the meat with this organic frozen diced onion, celery carrots brand and set them aside. Boil the lasagna sheet and layer in an oven-safe container, add mozzarella cut in small pieces, cooked meat, and pecorino.
Start with another layer and all the steps again. I suggest 3 layers. then cook all of them in an oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mozzarella is completed melted!👏
It is acid reflux approved since it is tomatoes-free.
If you need to, add this approved salt.
💚For vegan, replace meat with organic zucchini.
