💚 As Italian I grew up with homemade lasagna. I recreated a Gluten-free version that I approve!
This is easy to make, USDA Certified organic and all gluten-free while high in protein! Here are all the ingredients I currently use for my organic homemade gluten-free lasagna
1️⃣ Organic gluten-free lasagna
2️⃣ Organic Bufala Mozzarella
made with Organic Pasteurized Buffalo Milk; Salt; Cheese Cultures; Rennet; Lactic Acid (Natural Preservative)
3️⃣ Organic lean Grass-fed meat
90% lean ground beef with just 10% fat. USDA Certified Organic
4️⃣ Organic pecorino
Tastier and healthier than parmigiano
💕Cook the meat with this organic frozen diced onion, celery carrots brand and set them aside. Boil the lasagna sheet and layer in an oven-safe container, add mozzarella cut in small pieces, cooked meat, and pecorino.
Start with another layer and all the steps again. I suggest 3 layers. then cook all of them in an oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mozzarella is completed melted!👏 It is acid reflux approved since it is tomatoes-free.
If you need to, add this approved salt.

Here's a delicious smoothie bowl recipe using organic coconut flour! Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons organic coconut flour
1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Toppings: sliced fresh fruits, shredded coconut, granola, nuts, or seeds (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, organic coconut flour, organic chia seeds, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk gradually to reach your desired consistency.
Once blended, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Now it's time to get creative with your toppings! Add a variety of sliced fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, or banana. You can also sprinkle shredded coconut, granola, nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavor.

💠 A traditional Italian dish made by generations in Rome where I am from. One of my favorite.
1️⃣ Your favorite organic pasta
2️⃣ 1 Organic Red pepper: Organic red pepper Considered the healthiest of the other peppers: green, yellow, orange, and red.
3️⃣ 1 Organic Orange Pepper
4️⃣ Organic Goat Cheese or authentic roman pecorino
Cut to pieces the peppers and cook in a pan with organic olive oil with Organic Frozen Mirepoix.
Add some salt, organic turmeric, Organic Ginger, this Italian seasoning. and this approved salt.
After 15 minutes when they are cooked, blend all with the goat cheese and some fresh healing parsley and cilantro while boiling the pasta.
Bring everything to a pan to mix the content. Add more cheese if you need to. Super delicious Italian meal!
