Night Sweats

If you are dealing with night sweats or hot flashes, you are probably experiencing perimenopause or other hormonal imbalances. They could happen during these stages, but they can strike women of all ages.  Even if you’re in your 20s or early 30s.

In the last years, I have been dealing with them; they would wake me up in the middle of the night, around 3-5 a.m., completely wet. I guess I didn’t need to go to the steam room or sauna to detox. 😁

Anyway, I would need to change my pajama, add a dry layer on top of the wet sheet, such as a clean dry towel, or change the bed in the middle of the night and drink water.

​For me, the most important thing is avoiding too many cabs during the day, and especially for dinner. I make sure to have dinner rich in protein. Also not skip meals or fasting during the day to keep the insulin and blood sugar balanced.
