When reaching menopause, it is a milestone; it is time to celebrate as we approach a new phase. For me, it will be a new freedom, thinking that I will not have to deal with periods, cramps, tampons, and pads, that I can travel and schedule things without thinking about when the period arrives, and to better approach it. I have been oftbne keeping postponing events to keep that period open. I often ned to be at home and relax, to soothe the cramps. To me is a kind of freedom achievement.

I would like to see more women embracing this important life event and actually start Menopause parties!! I will be doing mine!!

To enjoy this life phase even more, we need to handle the symptoms and start the menopause in he best way possible

The most common symptoms during menopause are
