Organic Grounding

“Earthing” or “grounding” is a practice that allows you to connect to the Earth’s natural energy.

It involves touching the Earth physically, and it can be achieved by walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass or soil. (Avoid parks that have been sprayed with pesticides.) 

Grounding allows you to absorb the Earth’s subtle negative charge, which is supposed to restore your body’s energy while balancing its bioelectrical systems.

The modern lifestyle’s manifestation can create the separation between us from this energizing earthly connection. As we recharge our phone batteries, we need to recharge our body and mind battery by drawing strength directly from the Earth.
