They also have protein shakes, one of the very few brands to offer USDA-certified organic protein drinks!! 🌿And here is their protein powder! Do you read food bar labels? I spend a lot of time in the food bar aisle in natural grocery stores to compare their products! Most of them have a large sugar quantity, above 10 and even 15g, and only half that in protein content! Then they have these mysterious “natural flavors” that are the corresponding mystery of “fragrance” in cosmetics.
They will often not disclose what is in it and it is often a combination of many unhealthy ingredients that create a false sense of quality with the illusion of real food, while they want you to get “addicted” to it. One “natural flavor” is MSG and “artificial flavors” can be derived from petroleum and crude oil! 😝
What can we do? We have the power to change the industry by not buying them and deciding to choose better options! 💪
