At this point I could tell you to avoid farmed first first, shop for wild fish only in local trusted store, farmers market and discover and meet local fisher man.

I watched this documentary about Zara and its founder. While the founder's story is inspiring since it created the empire from nothing I am not supporting Zara for the real issue he created around the world
He uses the cheapest material feeding fast fashion mania that is devastating the planet.
The production is affected in not the safest condition, they are polluting the environment with toxic dyes, toxic to the environment once full of life around the manufacturer and toxic to the worker who doesn't wear appropriate protective gear for the sake of efficiency or speed.
Zara products if they are toxic to the world are toxic to your skin. Doesn't matter how nice they may look, they are not sexy or cute if they are causing that toxicity to you, to the planet, and to the underpaid worker.
Invest in a high-quality organic fashion, you will want to wear it again and again and again by knowing how great they are to you, your skin, and the planet.

I watched this documentary about fast fashion and how Monsanto is responsible for intoxicating the world, the planet, and the workers. That's why it is important to avoid buying anything that is not GOTS certified organic to avoid feeding this slavery system and toxic process created by the Monsanto people.
At the same time, it is important not to buy anything that is made without a certification of the quality and condition of the work which are abused in vulnerable conditions. The email company demands that to disclose to them where and how they make their clothing. Ask them if they are Fair Trade certiifed and ask why they are not getting the certification, and tell them you won't buy from them unless they pay their worker fairly and offer them safe working conditions.
Dont fall for fast fashion, you are the target of their marketing tricks, quality versus trash fashion. Dont buy if you knwo you won't use it for several years. Sell your clothing to someone who is going to enjoy your pieces. Buy used and if you buy new buy only GOTS certified products that are made in Fair trade manufactory
